REIKI LEVEL 1 ATTUNEMENT

Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd March

Reiki is a well-respected and trusted, hands-on modality which guides us to reconnect with the universal life force energy - in Chinese called Qi, in Sanskrit known as Prana. It works as a support for your wellbeing on a mental, emotional, and physical level, it also supports your personal development by enhancing presence, awareness and peace and in turn, to feel grounded, connected from the heart, compassion and self care.

The attunement is honoured as a significant moment in your personal journey, deepening your connection to the Reiki energy and in turn your own self healing, awakening and spiritual development.

You will learn how to use the Usui Reiki, gentle healing energy, which can be utilised for self healing and or on friends, family and with your pets.

Whether you are intending to learn Reiki for yourself, to share with friends or family or to go on to study further to incorporate into your own services, the attunement will meet you exactly where you are and be a supportive energy in the unfoldment of your life path.

The attunement itself can be a cleansing process, often experienced as peaceful, empowering and a time of blessing. 

Alongside the traditional Usui Reiki teachings, I share my own experiences which I have learned over the past thirteen years of sharing Reiki and healing services.

The Reiki 1 Course is held as a very intimate training with plenty of time for questions and the opportunity to practice.

Workshop Outline

• Opening meditation

• The History of Reiki, where it originated, who is Dr Usui?

• Reiki Lineage

• Chakra meditation for clearing and grounding.

• Learn about the chakras

• Four Reiki Attunement Ceremonies throughout the day

• Learn to use Reiki for self healing and healing and on others

• Practice time sharing a treatment on participants and with Reiki Master

• Learn the hand placements when giving a Reiki treatment

• Discussion time about experiences questions and answers

• Alchemy Sound Healing integration to close

You will receive:

• Certificate in Reiki I

• Reiki I Manual - detailing sacred information, hand placements and techniques to bring Reiki into your life

• Reiki treatment with Reiki Master and practitioners present

Prepare for your Reiki Level I Attunement

To prepare for your Reiki I Attunement and to clear your energy field, avoid drinking alcohol for a minimum of seven days before.

Eliminate caffeine at least 24 hours before the start of the course.

We would also suggest that you eliminate or reduce the intake of meat and fish from your diet three days before the course starts.

If you are taking medication, you can continue to take it.

You may also want to reduce the amount of outside stimulation such as television, social media, newspapers and spend time meditating, walking or sitting in nature.

You may choose a water or juice fast for 1 to 3 days prior to the attunement. (This is optional and a rare luxury).

Try to drink plenty of water.

REIKI LEVEL 2 ATTUNEMENT

Sunday 15th February

The Reiki Level 2 course enables you to share Reiki in your healing practice with clients and to carry out distance healing.

The Reiki Level 2 attunement is a special time as the student learns and sees for the first time the sacred symbols from the initiation which are applied during healing sessions to initiate a greater flow of universal life force energy.

Receiving the Reiki initiation attunes you to 3 of the Reiki symbols, including the distant healing symbol which can be used to send Reiki to a person across space and time.

The attunement is honoured as a significant moment in your personal journey, deepening your connection to the Reiki energy and in turn your own self healing, awakening and spiritual development.

Reiki promotes healing on the physical, the emotional, mental and spiritual level and opens our awareness to the interconnectedness of all things. 

You will learn how to use the Usui Reiki symbols which will enable you to start working with clients and facilitate their healing journeys.

Whether you are intending to learn Reiki for yourself, to share with friends or family or to incorporate into your own services and share professionally, the attunement will meet you exactly where you are and be a supportive energy in the unfoldment of your life path.

The Reiki 2 Course is held as an intimate day with only 4 spaces offered.

You will be held in a supportive and loving space, with support that continues beyond the course as you start your own practice.

About Reiki Master Carly Grace

Carly is a Reiki Master, receiving her Master attunement thirteen years ago, she has dedicated her life to studies in awakening and healing. She has shared over a hundred Reiki Attunements supporting and guiding people on their path of awakening, self healing and empowerment. She sees the Reiki Attunement as a significant moment in our path and honours the Attunement as a time of blessing and initiation.

Carly shares the traditional Usui Lineage and takes time during the course to honour the lineage and the pathway it has been shared, from person to person, which has enabled us to receive the blessing of the symbols today. In turn, we honour our part in the lineage of sharing Reiki Healing Energy.
