Held in the beautiful well being centre Home Wellness in Primrose Hill, ‘Home Sound’ is a fusion of meditation, relaxation, sound healing and silence, to bring relaxation, clarity and calm. This session offers a dedicated space to move beyond the thinking mind and rest in a deeper space of awareness. All levels are welcome.

After the sound session there is the option to come together and connect at Home cafe, to share a smoothie, a tea , to be together, and connect with like minded community. The intention of these gatherings is to foster inner presence, wellness, self care and to create community and connections.
