The sound session is a deep receiving of an hour for the body and mind to totally relax, bathed in the healing energy and crystalline sounds.
The pure tones of the Alchemy Bowls support the body, mind and nervous system to rest and let go.
Rleasing stagnant energy stored in the physical, emotional and energy bodies.
As the energy releases you feel a deeper connection to yourself, clear, grounded and open.
For online the session is shared with high quality microphones to support optimum sound, listened to with headphones.
The energy transmission is tangibly felt.
The session ends with space and silence at the end to integrate, rest and receive.
You may like to receive the session for yourself creating a space just for you, or you may like to receive as a ceremony with your partner, friends or family.
It is a joy to connect to yourself or with others in this way, supporting connection and harmony.
To Prepare
For online the session begins connecting first on zoom to share, introduce and open the session.
From here we move over to Youtube Live to receive, you will be in your own space and can totally rest and relax.
Enjoy creating a temple space in your home, to acknowledge that this is a space of receiving and self care.
Have your favourite blankets, all you need so you can feel very comfortable and relaxed.
Prepare your space in an area where you will not be disturbed.
You may like to have your favourite oils or incense, or something to signify that this is a time of receiving.

Carly has committed the last ten years to studies in healing and service to awakening, working with master healers and teachers in energy and consciousness. She studied extensively and closely for five years with Master Sound Practitioner Yantara Jiro, together they started the first sound healing temple in London. She completed her Meditation Teacher Training with Sally Kempton.
Her life is devoted to her inner study guided by her teacher Mooji, living in Portugal in connection with Mooji’s home and ashram. She spends periods of the year in silence and daily her life is committed to the recognition of our essential nature, which is felt in her offerings.
She has supported thousands of people in their path of healing, awakening, relationships, service and opening to new possibilities in their life.
It is with great honour and gratitude she offers herself to her awakening and in turn her greatest service.
