The sound of the bowls induces a state of deep calm and relaxation which is felt by both mother and baby.
Held in a loving space to relax, receive and release tension.
Connecting multiple times during pregnancy - both Mother and baby associate the sounds with a time of opening, connection and a feeling of calm and peace.
Recordings are provided so you can continue to listen in your own time during your pregnancy.
These resources are also available to use during birth - supporting connection and empowerment.

BABY BLESSING CEREMONY
A deeply intimate, nourishing and supportive day. Calling together your most trusted circle - mother, sister, friends, mentors and loved ones to celebrate and honour you and welcome baby to this world. Each woman in your life is given the opportunity to offer words of encouragement, wisdom and support which you can draw upon and carry with you in your own birth.
Following the sound blessing we create an earth mandala representing the welcoming of your baby to the earth.
The simple weaving of sound, prayer, blessings, flowers and the earth mandala is an alive prayer which will continue to be a source of empowerment and strength to anchor in your birth. The whole experience is delicate, beautiful, intimate, a memory that will be held in your heart and the heart of all your nearest and dearest.
It is a joy and honour to share this special day with you and hold the beauty and sacredness of this special time of entering motherhood.
